The marina's tight security is a feature, not a friction — once a boat's authorised list is shared with us we move boxes through the gate without delay.

Moll Vell anchors the historic heart of Palma's waterfront — directly opposite the Cathedral, with quay-side berths suitable for yachts up to seventy metres. Our central kitchen sits less than nine minutes away by van, which is why our express SLA into Moll Vell is the tightest on the island. Cold-chain handover happens through the central security gate; the captain or chief stew receives a printed manifest and a temperature trace within minutes of the box being signed for. We deliver here from 06:00 every day of the season, with extended late-night windows for charter prep.

We hold a long-standing provisioning relationship with RCNP and route deliveries through the marina's service gate. Our central kitchen produces the breakfast pastry programme for several boats moored here daily through the season.
